2011 April 12th, Hefei, this reporter verifies the 90 minute process of changing pork into beef.


Step 1: The highest grade beef extract that allows pork to become beef.


Step 2: Glazing agent, to remove the pork flavor. This small bag is good for 50kg of pork.


Step 3: Marinating the pork in a saucer after it has had beef extract added.


Step 4: A comparison of pork that has had beef extract applied and one that has not.


Step 5: A comparison of real pork and the fake beef after 2 hours of cooking. The pork that had beef extract applied is very similar to real beef.


Step 6: Beef extract, Zeng Xiang Ji, pork, and fake beef side by side.

Process of turning pork into “beef” by adding beef extract exposed

Recently, Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian, and other places have been exposed by the media who have discovered a kind of “beef extract” additive that allows pork to become “beef”.


First cut the pork into pieces.


Add beef extract to the pork pieces, mainly to allow the pork to gain a beef flavor. After half an hour, the pork becomes a brown color. Then add the pork to boiling water to cook it. The color of the pork will then also become darker.


Add the prepared "beef powder" to the pork, then add caramel.


After mixing, the pork immediately changes appearance, the color looking even more like soy sauce braised beef, mingled with an aroma.


The final product is very much like stewed beef.

mee goreng mamak

Susahnya nak cari resepi mee goreng mamak yang betul-betul kaw. Yang ni pun okla, cuma masih belum mencapai rasa mamak yang saya bayangkan.

Bahan
500 gm mee kuning
100 gm daging atau udang
100 gm fish cake } ganti dengan sosej
100 gm fish ball )
4 keping kueh cucur udang }kat india takde
1 cawan taugeh } tak de jugak
1 mangkuk sawi [potong kecil]
3 sudu cili mesin.
1 sudu rempah kari
3 sudu kicap pekat
2 sudu minyak masak
1 labu bawang besar [cincang halus]
3 biji telur ayam
3 biji cili hijau [hiris nipis]

Cara.
1. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan bawang dan cili & rempah dan biarkan garing dan wangi.
2. Masukkan udang dan kacau rata.
3. Masukkan sosej. Biar sebentar.
4. Masukkan kicap dan mee. Kacau rata.
5. Masukkan taugeh dan sawi.
6. Ketepikan mee dan pecahkan telur di tengah-tengah kuali.
7. Biarkan telur tu masak sikit barulah dikacau dan gaul rata.
8. Masakkan mee agak kering.

alahai milo blueberry lapis swiss

Asalnya benda ni septutnya jadi swissroll. Tapi macam biasalah, saya kan 'terror' bab buat kek.
Skill menggulung hancus...lebur...terbarai..
Rasa dah sedap.
Tekstur dah elok.
So fikir-fikir, kite lapiskan jelah die.

Resepi base diambil dari blog mat gebu
Semua resepi beliau tak pernah menghampakan. Jadi dan sedap belaka. Thank you sebab banyak bantu saye yang agak fobia buat kek ni.

sedikit modifikasi,
*susu tepung saya gantikan dengan milo
*inti tu saya guna jem blueberry yang ditabur juga dengan milo. Pernah try??? sedapppp.....

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :
70 gram tepung gandum
1 camca besar susu tepung (saya guna milo)
3 biji telur gred A
60 gram gula halus
60 ml minyak jagung (saye gune minyak kelapa sawit.hahaha)
2 camca teh ovallate
1 camca teh esen vanilla
Sedikit pewarna hijau muda
jem blueberry + milo tabur

-Alas loyang empat segi 9x 9 inci dengan kertas minyak dan leser butter di atasnya (saya pakai loyang kecik. patutla tebal dan patah)
-Satukan semua bahan kecuali minyak dan jem
-Pukul sampai sebati dan gebu. Kemudian masukkan minyak, gaul rata
-asingkan 2 sb dan warnakan ikut suka
-ratakan dalam loyang, kemudian letak batter yang dah diwarnakan ikut kreativiti
-Bakar pada suhu 180*c selama 17 minit
-Keluarkan dan terus terbalikkan atas permukaan rata. biar sejuk
-Sapu jem
baru lepas masak
dah sapu jem dan tabur milo

-bila bake cake atau apa2.. saya tunggu sampai bau dia menusuk hidung dari dalam bilik. Dah masak le tu...hehehe 
-kalau punya 9x9 inci loyang, korang gunalah. kalau x da..bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian. Jangan jadi macam saya. Tapi kalau nak lapiskan macam ni not bad jugaklah. rasa dia tetap sama

saye nak makan dengan nasik lemak.

6 ketul ayam
2 sb ketumbar } sangai
1 sk jintan putih } sangai
2 sb gula
1sk serbuk kunyit
1 inci halia
3 biji bawang putih
setengah biji bawang besar
sedikit garam

-semua bahan di kisar kasar.
-perap dengan ayam selama 20 minit
-goreng

roti campak-campak

Saye tak tau apa nama dia. Kite bagi nama roti campak-campak boleh?
Buat pukul 3 pagi sambil takut-takut kut hantu sergah kat tingkap.

1 cawan minced mutton
1 sb serbuk kari
1 sk serbuk lada sulah 
setengah biji bawang besar (cincang)
3 biji telur
cili hiris @daun sup hiris
2 sb susu
Garam
2 keping roti
butter
-Sapu butter atas roti, bakar atas kuali seketika sampai perang. Angkat
-Gaul serbuk kari + minced mutton + lada sulah +sedikit garam
-Masak atas api kecil tanpa minyak sampai air mutton kering. tutup api dan sejukkan
-Dalam mangkuk lain, whisk telur + bawang besar + susu + cili hiris + daun sup + garam+ minced mutton yang telah sejuk.
-Tepekkan atas roti, masak bahagian inti menghadap kuali dengan api kecil bagi memastikan telur masak keseluruhan dan tidak menjadi soggy
-serve dengan mayonis dan sos

* kesian roti ni. elok2 nak buat muka smiley, jadi muka evil pulak

rempah yang meremangkan bulu roma

Korang tau tak apa die rempah yang termahal di dunia?
Tadi saye ke kedai rempah depan Spar tu sebab nampak amat menggiurkan dari luar.
Lalu saye bertanye kepada pekerja kedai berkenaan spice termahal di alam maya ni, SAFFRON
(sedapkan nama dia, sesedap harganya)
Sambil tu gatallah pule mahu meneroka keseluruhan isi kedai.
Tengah leka belek-belek rupanya si pekerja  sudahpun siap membungkus incik saffron untuk saye.
Nak tak nak beli jelah. 
Nak tau berapa harga dia?
1 gram = RS 290 
1 gram ok, secubit je. Meremang bulu roma saye dibuatnye. Sikit lagi je nak tercabut.
Nasib baik bende alah ni memang dijual sebanyak 1 gram, so tak dalah rasa bersalah sangat nak beli. Lagipun saye teringin nak tau ape yang hebat sangat si saffron ni dalam masakan.

-Kenapa saffron ni mahal sangat??
Safron dihasilkan daripada stigma bunga crocus yang telah dikeringkan. Mahalnya ia bukanlah disebabkan faktor kekurangan sumber tetapi adalah kerana ia memerlukan tenaga buruh yang amat banyak. Setiap kuntum saffron hanya mempunya 3 stigma dan ianya amat fragile serta perlu dipetik menggunakan tangan sahaja



-80,000 kuntum bunga crocus diperlukan untuk menghasilkan 1 pound saffron

-Negara terbesar dalam pengeluaran saffron adalah Spain, diikuti dengan India iaitu di Kashmir

-Saffron digunakan untuk meng'enhance'kan rasa dan aroma makanan. Hanya sedikit atau secubit sahaja diperlukan untuk menghasilkan rasa makan yang menakjubkan.
Ia juga digunakan dalam perubatan dan krim kosmetik

Ceritera Mangalore fish Port & pohling's advanced birthday party

Alhamdulillah tammat sudah acara AHAD....oh! penatnya, rasa macam nak patah pinggang

          Pagi-pagi pukul 7 p mangalore fish port. Nama pun fish port so  ia merupakan tempat memborong segala jenis ikan. Nak boikot SPAR lah  sebab dah naikkan harga tinggi-tinggi..ciannn saye taw. Macam manalah nak kumpul duet riban-riban untuk kawen nih.
Bergantung kepada jenis ikan dan sedikit tawar menawar, Kami telah membeli 3 kilo udang, 2 kilo ikan yang disangka ikan merah, sekilo sotong, ikan kembung, dan ikan yang disangkakan ikan tenggiri.(ini lah akibatnya kalau tak kenal ikan).
Berat owh! dahla on the way balik takda oto nak angkut kitorang ke lighthouse. Lepas jauh berjalan barulah ada seketul oto yang sudi.
-Tips penting: kalau ke sana, carilah orang yang boleh siang ikan. Dengan bayaran serendah rs 10 semua kerja anda pasti menjadi mudah
        Disebabkan Pohling assume saye suka siang ikan,  dia tak bagitau ada pakcik siang ikan kat sana, so terpaksalah saye siang semuanya.....Kadang-kadang terjerit geli bila terjumpa macam-macam dalam perut depa. 3 jam baru habih semua. Kematu tulang belakang dibuatnye.Badan pulak tungkit semerbak bau ikan walaupun dah mandi 3 kali. Sudahnya saya decide mandi air limau nipis, baru lah ok
        Seterusnya sarapan kat Deepa hotel dengan pohling. Sapa yang tinggal kat Mangalore boleh lah p sana pagi-pagi Ahad untuk bersarapan. Best.
      Lepas tu saye dah kiok, penat oh.... tido 3 jam. (mimpi yang amat menginsafkan)
After Asar mula start masak sampailah jejak maghrib.. dan malam tu.. kami sambut BIRTHDAY POHLING  yang telah diawalkan 2 hari. HAppy birthday pohling!
Penat yang dirasakan berbaloi bila tengok kawan-kawan happy makan. Cheq sukaa cheq sukaa,,,
